This is the main web site for the State of Oregon. It provides information about
the government agencies and laws of the State of Oregon.
This web site describes
the laws and procedures administered by the Oregon Bureau of Labor
and Industries. BOLI has three divisions, the Wage
and Hour Division that enforces state wage and hour laws; the Apprenticeship and Training Division
that promotes apprenticeship programs; and, the Civil Rights Division
that enforces state laws regarding non-discrimination in employment, housing
and public accommodations.
This web site describes the laws and procedures administered by BOLI's
Civil Rights Division, that prohibit employment discrimination due to
race, color, national origin, sex, religion, age, mental and
physical disability, sexual orientation, retaliation, and other
bases. BOLI also administers the Oregon Family Leave Act. This web site
describes how to file a discrimination complaint with BOLI.
